What are your business hours?
Relyt Elite Cleaning phone hours Monday-Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm with the exception of major holidays. However, you can book an appointment online 24/7.
How much do you charge?
For all offered services: Our pricing is based on the services & your time requested, square footage and/or the cadence of which you’re needing the services. We are happy to offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly cleaning services agreements to save yo
Do I have to be home when you clean?
Many of our customers are not present during the cleaning. You may deposit a key with us or make unique arrangements to gain access to the home.
What if I am not satisfied with the service provided?
Our goal is save you both time and money while providing a superior customer experience. We hope to leave you stress free in the comfort of your home. Should this not be the case, Relyt Elite Cleaning is happy to come evaluate the service provided and service you to ensure your needs are met. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.

Do you offer senior citizen discounts?
Our objective is to accommodate all of our customers’ cleaning needs in the best way possible. While we currently do not offer senior citizen discounts, Relyt Elite Cleaning offers comparable packages with professionals available to help chose the best package and cleaning service for your needs.
Do I have to provide my own supplies?
No. Relyt Elite Cleaning will bring the needed supplies to complete the job. Should you want us to use specific supplies, please make available for housekeeper at the time of visit.
